On the one hand, sound memory: the Mirandese language, the sounds of animals, nature, silence, people, the voices that guide work in the fields, the sound of footsteps on the earth. On the other, an excerpt from the story of Pinocchio, at the moment when, for skipping school to go and play in Toyland, he ends up being turned into a donkey. Before the transformation, Pinocchio feels a fever \u2014 the DONKEY FEVER \u2014 which gives the show its name.<\/p>\n<p>After research, residency, silence and listening, FEBRE DE BURRO by Rui Paix\u00e3o and Dona Edite was shown to audiences in Planalto Mirand\u00eas in September 2025.
